Cook up a feast to delight the palate of any food connoisseur with
techniques taught in this class! Learn to use the proper utensils
while preparing a gourmet meal. Choose the correct ingredients
and the most appealing way to present each dish. Also learn to
select the correct wine to accompany your entree.
All this will be taking place in one of Tampa's
chic restaurants - Catch 23.
